BUILD All-Star Game: 40 Year Anniversary

Celebrating 40 years! This annual event brings together residents from various neighborhoods and communities with the aim of ending the racial and gang barriers that keep them divided. We meet at the field from 3:30 to 10pm. BUILD’s All-Star event means the big time for both BUILD youth and alumni softball players — a stadium with lights, a public address system, outfield fences, grandstands and an electric outfield scoreboard make the experience one to remember! This event takes place at “The Little Cubs Field” at 1339 Luis Munoz Marin Dr, Chicago IL. on August 18th from 3:30 – 10:00 PM.

Playing a game during this all-star event is a highlight of the summer, an automatically cherished memory. The highpoint of the evening is the final game between the DDPP All-Stars and the Chicago Police Department team in a game that has had some outstanding finishes the past few years. This is a game you don’t want to miss and is certainly the most anticipated game of the summer!
