Trenae Bates

Serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Acclivus, Trenae Bates manages the day-to-day operations of the department. She receives, reviews, and assigns new client referrals; supervises a team of licensed clinicians; provides direct therapeutic services to clients and trauma-informed trainings to staff; as well as establishes and maintains connections with outside agencies.  

Prior to joining Acclivus, Chicago-based Trenae worked as an inpatient behavioral health social worker, outpatient therapist and family advocate.  

She is a graduate of Roosevelt University, and is completing her graduate degree at Loyola University.
