Rise Up Healing Collective

Sidney Francois-Friis, Co-Founder & Executive Director Emmaline Jones, Co-Founder & Director of Healing & Culture

Rise Up Healing Collective is a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to violence prevention by cultivating healing, belonging, and transformative leadership through holistic wellness, cultural education, and restorative practices. We create spaces where individuals, families, and communities can reconnect with themselves, one another, and the world around them.

Our work integrates movement, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, breathwork, restorative justice, leadership development, and cultural experiences to support mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. Through workshops, youth mentorship, community gatherings, professional development, and immersive experiences, we equip people with practical tools to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and lead with compassion.

We believe that healing is both personal and collective. By honoring diverse cultures, fostering meaningful dialogue, and creating opportunities for reflection and growth, we help individuals move from surviving to thriving while inspiring communities rooted in care, equity, and connection.

Whether partnering with schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, businesses, or grassroots leaders, Rise Up Healing Collective is committed to expanding access to healing-centered experiences that empower people to live with greater purpose, presence, and possibility.

Together, we are building a future where wellness is accessible, leadership is rooted in empathy, and every person has the opportunity to rise.
