Francine Westgate

Francine Westgate is an author, inspirational speaker, teacher, and minister dedicated to helping others transform their wounds into a source of hope and encouragement. She is the author of “The Forgiveness Effect” and its accompanying 10-Week Bible Study Companion Guide, as well as the memoir “In the Land of Canaan.” Her most recent work, “Writing with Fire,” reflects her passion for faith-based writing and helps others turn their pain into purpose.

Licensed through One Way Churches International under the leadership of Bishop Lorenzo Hall and Bishop S.Y. Younger, Francine serves as the Director of Christian Education, as well as Dean of Students and Professor of Biblical Studies at The Hall Institute. She is the wife of Pastor William Westgate, Associate Pastor of The Ramp Church International, where she leads The Refreshed Women’s Group, encouraging women to grow in faith, purpose, and spiritual maturity.
