Rev. Alan B. Conley is a respected faith leader, community advocate, and public servant dedicated to strengthening communities through ministry, education, and strategic partnerships.
He serves as Director of the Office of Faith Based Initiatives for Chicago Public Schools, where he leads partnerships between the nation’s fourth-largest school district and the faith community to support students and families, expand community engagement, advance violence prevention efforts, and improve educational outcomes across Chicago.
Rev. Conley also serves as Assistant to the Pastor at Metropolitan Community Church in Chicago under the leadership of Senior Servant Rev. Leon Perry III. He is passionate about biblical teaching, servant leadership, discipleship, and equipping the local church to make a lasting impact in the community.
Known for building bridges between faith, government, education, and nonprofit organizations, Rev.
